The materials for this weapon are very specific. You'll need both types of obsidian, the proper cursed jewel, and enough |nn;Sunlight Archeum Essence|r to fuel the forging.

If you're successful, it means your training is complete! Take the finished weapon to Drillmaster Raysen in Diamond Shores, and he'll declare you a full member of the Crimson Watch.
