The Obsidian Smith

This is it, recruit. You're finally ready to forge your Cursed Obsidian Weapon.

Only a warrior who has proven that they can resist the corrupting influence of Anthalon's magic is allowed to wield a weapon of such power. It is the mark of a full-fledged member of the Crimson Watch.

For the final round of forging you'll need the obsidian and jewels you've already collected here in Exeloch, as well as some |nn;Sunlight Archeum Essence|r--the most concentrated form of Archeum.

Properly combined, they will create a weapon more powerful than anything you've seen.

Imbued with Anthalon's own magic, but forged by the Crimson Watch, Cursed Obsidian weapons are the best thing we've found to fight the undead hordes of the Crimson Army.

Once you're ready, use this scroll to travel to Sungold Fields. Find the northern entrance to the Lost Serpent Ruins, and seek out a dwarven smith named Kratzel. He will guide you through the forging process.
