I'm posted here to observe Seven Bridges. There's talk that the villagers are working with the pirates.

I want to get hold of some of the merchants' ledgers, to find evidence of the goods coming in and out, but the villagers are openly hostile to outsiders now.

Many of the |nn;villagers|r act as merchants, selling local goods and the like. But it's clear the amount of goods being sold doesn't match what's being brought in above-board.
