Assault on Mistmerrow

Welcome, warrior! I wish I could greet you under better circumstances.

You've come to Mistmerrow at a dark time. Anthalon's Bloodspires have done their foul work, in spite of our tireless efforts to destroy them.

During our battles here, some of the spires have gathered enough power to pierce the boundaries of the Hereafter itself.

Now they have transformed into Hereafter Gates--a grotesque parody of the Goddess Nui's most powerful magic. And through them, the Crimson Army pours into our world.

His forces are intent on reaching the lake beneath this altar and awakening an ancient elemental that slumbers there.

We believe that Anthalon hopes to corrupt this elemental, using it's magic to gain entry to the Garden and free his master Kyrios.

We cannot allow his plan to succeed. Destroy Anthalon's Hereafter Gates, eradicate his Crimson Army, send the corrupted elemental back into the lake where it belongs. Whatever happens, this invasion must stop here!
