I've managed to scout the area ahead. It seems this region of Mistsong Summit is ruled by a demon known as Dochul.

To reach him you'll need to either fight your way up Breathswept Avenue straight ahead, or sneak along Whispering Street to the right.

Breathswept Avenue is the most direct route, but it's heavily guarded. You'll need to defeat the Oni to pass each gate, and use this |nn;Lotus Wine|r to distract the |nn;Ghost Blades|r between each room.

Whispering Street has less gates, but the path is full of deadly traps. You'll have to defeat the Sentry Lantern to open the first gate, and then the Patrolling Oni to find the Eternal Flame and burn the Bonepile.

Whichever path you choose, be sure to collect two Large Mistsong Keys along the way. Speak to |nn;@NPC_NAME(16434)|r in front of the Glaring Court when you're done, and she'll brief you on Dochul.
