Rudal's Favor

I joined the Crimson Watch so I could go with them on their expeditions into the Lost Serpent Ruins. But so far all we've done is try to keep things from coming out!

I know there's power in those ruins. The Akasch ruled the whole world once, if the stories are true. They must have left something behind that I can use.

The love of my life is under a powerful curse. I've tried nearly every cure I can find, but none of them were strong enough to lift it.

So now my journey has led me here, to the temple of the ancient Akasch. But just when I think I'm finally making some progress, the Crimson Watch won't let me get inside!

I've even spoken with Drillmaster Raysen in Diamond Shores, but he won't budge. I think he's just afraid of unleashing the power in those ruins, no matter how noble the reason.

He's suspicious of me now, and won't even agree to see me until I've completed my training. But you--you're a fresh face!
