That @ITEM_NAME(38600) I gave you can be used for regrading any type of weapon.

But be careful what you choose to regrade, because the Regrading process can fail. When that happens, items of Heroic grade and higher can be degraded. Items of Celestial grade and higher can even be destroyed!
