The fancy man gave me another message. He said you could meet his mistress at the top of the bluffs in eastern Halcyona. You know, the really big cliffs overlooking the ocean?

He says you're supposed to knock on the Solid Rock at the top of the bluffs, so his mistress knows it's you. Are you doing spy stuff, Watchman? It sounds exciting!
