My secret is simple: regrading. I start by making a |nn;@ITEM_NAME(28305)|r. All you need is some |nb;@ITEM_NAME(27278)|r and |nb;@ITEM_NAME(28175)|r.

Once you have all the materials, find a @DOODAD_NAME(6312) and craft a @ITEM_NAME(28305). Bring it back here, and I'll give you a special gem to use in the next step of the process.

See? Pretty simple so far, right? If you imbue your @ITEM_NAME(28305) with a gem, it will become specialized for regrading either weapons, armor, or accessories.
