A Deadly Coast

I'm sure by now you've noticed the shipwrecks along the coast.

When we first arrived here, we discovered that the Sungold coastline was crawling with water elementals.

Judging from their aggressive behavior, we can only assume they're responsible for the wrecks. There's no telling how many ships they've destroyed over the years.

It's unclear if the elementals are drawn to the Ayanad Ruins across the bay, or if they were sent here by the sea goddess herself. But one thing's for sure: this many in one place isn't natural.

I want you to help us kill off some of these elementals, so we can make the Sungold coastline safe for ships again.

Get out there, do some patrolling, and take down any water elementals you come across. Report back to me for your reward when you're done.

It seems like for every elemental we kill, two more come churning out of the waves! This is clearly going to take more time than I thought.

I'll round up some more recruits to help retake the coast. In the meantime, I think Zaurak has a particular task in mind for you.
