The Bloodhands are a plague on Nuia. Their death-worship is a sickening perversion of the proper respect we pay to the Goddess Nui, and their criminal organization is a constant threat to those who live here.
Privateer Quartermaster Claris
The Burnt Castle Armory is their base of operations here in Cinderstone Moor. Anything you can do to help eradicate their presence there would be a great help to all of us.
