Deliver The Overseer's Meal to Tolus's Aide at the Weeping Stripmine.

Mayor Sandallion
Could you do our town a favor? We need to deliver this package to Mine Overseer Tolus, but the Mine Grubs make the northern path too dangerous for the normal townsfolk.
Mayor Sandallion
Tolus is a cruel man, and his mine has claimed the lives of many of the peasants in our town. But he reports directly to General Markellus, so we don't dare stand up to him.
Mayor Sandallion
He demands a hot meal every day, as well as a cut of the town's profits for "protection." Please, take this package to the Weeping Stripmine and make sure he gets it. We can't afford for him to take any more of our people away.
Tolus's Aide
Ah yes, this must be the Overseer's lunch. And I assume the usual... extras... have been provided? Good, good. We wouldn't want any sudden openings to appear in our mine, now would we?
