The sages are on their way to Andelph with the technology they confiscated from Ynga's lab. But it will be some time before they're ready to start deliberations. In the meantime, they have a mission for you.

The Sage of Roads examined the magical traces of Uhlant's portal spell, and they indicated that he appeared somewhere in this region. A squad of Andelph Guards was dispatched to find him, but none have returned.
