The Lost Letter

I'm looking for a letter addressed to someone named Mikaella Ynga. It would've been written about a hundred years ago, so I doubt it was ever delivered. I need access to the mail archives in Andelph so I can find it.

There were some shady-lookin' Nuians asking to get into the archives just the other day. Said they were looking for a "letter written by Mikael Ynga." I'd be damned if I let some foreigner read through our records, though!

But you're a different matter. I've heard all sorts'a stories about you helpin' people around these parts. And it just so happens I DID find an old letter after the Nuians left. I was going to deliver it myself, but... Here, have a look.

I don't understand. Mikael Ynga was the famous inventor, wasn't he? He didn't have a daughter.

Mikael never remarried while he was trapped in the past. According to history, he died with no heirs. But here in the present, he still had a wife and daughter waiting for him! He must have written this letter in case his return attempt failed!

This letter will mean the world to Mikaella and her mother, but it brings me no closer to finding Mikael Ynga's laboratory--or the weapon he supposedly invented. Unless... could the mail archives have a record of where the letter came from?
