Unfortunately he's out on his rounds at the moment, so you'll have to catch him. Last I saw, he was headed towards the Reindeer Sanctuary to deliver mail there. Oh--right, you're not from around here are you?

The Reindeer Tribe is a group of Dwarves who reject modern conveniences and technology, living off the land. Bunch'a nonsense, if you ask me. But they're decent folks. They'll tell you where the Postmaster is if you ask around.
