Alright, you've got your rod and your reel. Now you need the line and the hook.

To make a |nb;@ITEM_NAME(27323)|r, get some Cotton and some Wool and combine them at a Weaving Loom.

As for the hook, you can make a |nb;@ITEM_NAME(27321)|r out of an Iron Ingot using any decent Handicraft Kiln in town.

Finally, once you have your frame, reel, line, and hook, combine them all into a @ITEM_NAME(27328) at a Handicraft Kiln.
