Use the Ingbard Hood to throw grease on Prince Ulthow's men south of Galegarden to make them drop Skyshine Ore. Must be near the weather observatory.

Take the Skyshine Ore to Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina at the Caernord Royal Palace in Ynystere.

Equip this |nn;@ITEM_NAME(26895)|r. It will magically fill your pockets with an acidic grease. Throw it at Ulthow's men, and it will eat through their armor and force them to drop any @ITEM_NAME(26949) they're carrying.

It can also be used defensively, to protect our men. But the grease will only be effective near the weather sensor in the field. The sensor uses the humidity in the air to manifest the grease.

You can find Ulthow's men in the |nn;field south of Galegarden|r. Take as much @ITEM_NAME(26949) as you can to @NPC_NAME(8861) at the Caernord Royal Palace.
