I'm @NPC_NAME(12162), an agent from the Crescent Throne. I've been sent to track down the location of the Blackbeard Thieves' hideout here in Dewstone Plains.

I think I've finally found it, but I'll need capable fighters to assist me in clearing it out.

I'm sure I don't need to tell you how important this task is to the Crescent Throne, as well as Marianople. I can offer you a substantial reward if you'll help me.

If you're interested, meet me inside the Sharpwind Mines at the Shrieking Ravine. Bring any allies you can. This won't be an easy mission.

I'm sorry I couldn't be with you for the fight with Okape. Perhaps I'm not cut out for this line of work, after all.
