You'll need to gather enough fruit for the @ITEM_NAME(30899). You'll also want to raise some Geese, feed them enough Ground Grain to keep them happy, and then pluck them to get their Goose Down.

Once you've got enough Orchard Puree and Goose Down, buy a Quality Certificate and use a Gweonid Forest Specialty Workbench to make |nn;@ITEM_NAME(31831)|r.
