I think I saw |nn;@NPC_NAME(2066)|r heading up the eastern road. Presumably off to meet with his insane followers, and arrange more tree-burnings. If you hurry, you might be able to catch him.

Please talk to him. I don't know what he and his "Green Knights" are trying to accomplish, but you need to put a stop to this insanity.
