I overheard one of the Salphira Disciples talking about a plan to set fire to the city. I was shocked, so I followed one. It seems they're planting jars full of explosives all over the City of Towers! A sacrifice to their goddess.

Defeat the @NPC_NAME(10144)s that are placing the explosives, then use their @ITEM_NAME(23395) to deactivate the bombs in the |nn;@DOODAD_NAME(4271)|r. Return to me once my city is safe, and I'll tell you what you want to know.
