They sent me here to complete my training. At any rate, I know the name of the alchemist they gave the Souleye to: Croft. I just don't know where his lab is. Luckily, he has an errand boy.

This confirms it. Croft has the @ITEM_NAME(20133), and it's in his laboratory. It even gives an address... it's right over there! It looks like such an ordinary building... it's supposedly just a supply house.
