He's the leader of the Four Fingers Thieves. If you managed to kill him, I'm sure the rest of the group would fall apart in no time.

But @NPC_NAME(3486) and his gang have fortified the old ruins of Blackreath Keep. You can't cross the bridge, and swimming the moat is practically suicide with all the guards they have posted.

If you can find it, and kill @NPC_NAME(3486), I'll have a pretty bit of coin waiting for you when you get back. But be careful. Those thieves are better organized than they look. They'll have patrols on every inch of that island.
