Oliviano is a local landowner who's having a little problem with the elementals on his property. Normally I'd send a few men to deal with it, but after seeing you in action I have no doubt you can handle it by yourself.

Would you go kill the Elementals on Dusty Hill, and then speak to Oliviano at his vineyard to the south? He's lucky we're helping him at all, so I'm sure he'll make it worth your while.

Wind Elementals? I could have taken care of those myself! Where are the serfs I asked Victon to capture?

That's just like the Loyalists. They come galavanting in looking for the escaped serf hideout, then get distracted by a few pirates and some puffs of breeze!
