More Rumors of Treasure

You look like the adventurous sort. You want in on a deal? I'm following some rumors of treasure, but I think something I ate has me... indisposed. I'll split the gold with you if you find it for me.

There's a historic site near here, where the legendary mage Alkaran died. He was famous for hoarding valuables throughout his life and I think it's hidden in the statue that marks where he was buried.

You made it back! I had a feeling I could count on you... I knew the curse was just a rumor! /dither Always plenty of those in the business, you know.

No treasure to be found? Well... I guess that was just a rumor, too.
