Before you see her, why don't you collect some @ITEM_NAME(20138)s and @ITEM_NAME(15860)? You can hunt the crabs on the beaches of Blueglass, and you can harvest the seaweed by using this special catalyst on the local @DOODAD_NAME(3768).

Once you have everything you need, deliver the food to Angler Murran down on the Blueglass docks. He'll cook it up into a proper dish for the Lady Trieste.
